After an open bidding process, which attracted several strong bids, we selected Blue Heron Design Group to take the organization’s quarterly newsletter to the next level. Thanks to the wise advice and brilliant design work of BHDG and especially the care and effort of Jenny Sandrof I am happy to report that in fact the VRMA quarterly publication is now a magazine and the advertising revenue has increased substantially while the readership continues to remark on how each edition is so will presented and designed. We have also asked BHDG to assist on other design projects and have found them to be interested, helpful and ready to prepare material even when there are short deadlines.  Incidentally, we especially like that we can talk about scheduling and keep each other informed of the progress of projects so that we can schedule print times as well as collating and mailing schedules.  Since we converted to BHDG our primary printer reports that files are provided with no additional work required by his staff in design or editing.
